DESCRIPTION

CP60240 is a solid-state Peltier thermoelectric module designed for precise temperature control in compact applications. It features a maximum input voltage of 3.8 Vdc, maximum input current of 6.0 A, and an internal resistance of 0.53 O (±10%). The module delivers a maximum heat pumping capacity of 13.0 W at Tr=27°C and 14.5 W at Tr=50°C, with a maximum temperature differential (?Tmax) of 68°C at Tr=27°C and 75°C at Tr=50°C. The device measures 20 ±0.3 mm in length and width with a thickness of 4.0 ±0.1 mm, utilizing 96% AL2O3 ceramic plates and 20 AWG tin-plated wire leads sealed with silicon rubber 703 RTV. This module is ideal for applications requiring quiet, precise thermal management such as medical devices, laboratory instruments, and portable cooling systems.
