DESCRIPTION

TB003-500-P03BE is a 3-pole terminal block connector designed for horizontal board-mounted applications with side interlocking capability. It features a 5.0 mm pitch and is rated for 300V per contact (UL) or 250V (IEC), with a maximum current rating of 10A (UL) or 18A (IEC). The terminal block incorporates copper alloy contacts with tin plating, a PA66 housing rated UL94V-0, and stainless steel springs, providing robust electrical and mechanical performance. It withstands 2500 Vac dielectric voltage and 4000V surge voltage, with contact resistance not exceeding 20 mO and insulation resistance of at least 500 MO at 500 Vdc. Operating temperature range is -40°C to +105°C, and the product meets UL 1059 and EN 60998 safety standards. This terminal block is ideal for industrial control systems, power distribution, and general-purpose wiring applications requiring reliable, compact connections.
