DESCRIPTION

CP30138 is a compact Peltier thermoelectric cooling module designed for precise temperature control in small-scale applications. The module features a maximum input voltage of 3.8 V and maximum input current of 3 A, delivering a maximum cooling capacity of 8.5 W at a cold-side temperature of 27°C and 7.2 W at 50°C. It achieves a maximum temperature difference (?Tmax) of 66°C at 27°C and 72°C at 50°C, with dimensions of 15 × 15 × 3.8 mm. The device is constructed with aluminum oxide ceramic plates, silicon rubber RTV sealer, and tin-plated UL1430 lead wires, offering solid-state operation with quiet performance and no moving parts. CP30138 is ideal for applications requiring compact, lightweight cooling solutions such as portable medical devices, precision instrumentation, and thermal management in space-constrained environments.
