DESCRIPTION

The MP-6320 is a 2-conductor audio plug designed for reliable audio and signal transmission in low-voltage applications. It features an octagonal cover with integrated strain relief, brass contacts with nickel plating, and ABS insulators rated UL94HB for durability and safety. The plug is rated for 12 Vdc at up to 1 A, with a maximum contact resistance of 50 mO and an insulation resistance of 100 MO at 500 Vdc. Operating across a temperature range of -25°C to +70°C with up to 85% humidity, the MP-6320 delivers 5,000 insertion/withdrawal cycles and withstands 500 Vac for 1 minute, making it suitable for consumer audio equipment, portable devices, and industrial signal applications requiring robust mechanical and electrical performance.
