DESCRIPTION

The BTH-090-02-L-D-A is a dual-row, 180-position (90 positions per row) Blade & Beam header with a fine 0.50 mm pitch, designed for board-stacking applications. It features phosphor bronze contacts with 10 µ" (0.25 µm) gold plating on the contact area and matte tin on the tails for reliable interconnection. Constructed with a black LCP insulator, this header operates over a temperature range of -55 °C to +125 °C and is rated for 175 VAC. This lead-free solderable component provides a durable solution with up to 100 mating cycles, making it ideal for high-density electronic assemblies.
