DESCRIPTION

This safe expansion module is designed for relay outputs and belongs to the Modicon MCM, a range of Modular safety controllers. It has 8 forcibly guided contact safety relay outputs (8 NO + 4 NC) and 4 inputs for Start/Restart interlock and external device monitoring. It figures LEDs on its front face to display the status, removable spring clamp terminals for electrical connection and is IP20-rated. It does not require the backplane expansion connectors as it is directly wired to the selected OSSD.
