DESCRIPTION

The 3040 is a ground cord used to connect an ESD protective mat directly to a common point ground. It features a 15-foot, 20 AWG PVC wire with a durable black nylon cover. One end is equipped with a 10mm male snap stud and an integrated 1 megohm current-limiting resistor for safety. The other end has a solderless #10 ring terminal for secure connection to the ground point, and a spare terminal is included for length adjustments. This cord meets ANSI/ESD S20.20 and S6.1 standards, ensuring reliable performance in electrostatic discharge protected areas.
