DESCRIPTION

The 770014 is an XLarge, blue static control smock jacket designed to be antistatic and create a Faraday cage around the operator's torso and arms. It is constructed from a lightweight dissipative material made of texturized polyester with a minimum of 9% carbon nylon monofilament for consistent charge dissipation. This smock features a 'hip-to-cuff' grounding system with a 4mm snap stud, allowing for hands-free grounding via a ground cord. It meets ANSI/ESD S20.20 requirements with a surface resistance between 1 x 10^5 and 1 x 10^7 ohms. This garment is ideal for protecting ESD-susceptible items from electrostatic fields generated by clothing and is rated for a minimum of 100 washings.
