DESCRIPTION

The 9900 is a static control anti-fatigue mat that enables workers to stand comfortably for long periods while providing a path to ground for electrostatic charges. Manufactured from durable SBR rubber polymers, this mat has a standard size of 3' x 5', a thickness of 0.600 inches, and a durometer of 46 Shore A. It provides a resistance to ground snap (Rtg) of less than 1 x 10^5 ohms and a surface to ground resistance (Rtt) of less than 2 x 10^5 ohms, meeting ANSI/ESD S20.20 requirements. The mat's structure consists of a matrix of hollow cylinders that function like a spring when compressed, offering a stable and cushioned surface. It is ideal for use in assembly workstations, manufacturing facilities, shipping areas, and medical laboratories where both static control and worker comfort are essential.
