DESCRIPTION

The 66L110 is a subminiature bimetallic thermostat in the Airpax 6600 series, designed for accurate temperature sensing and switching in a single compact device. It features an 8-pin DIP package conforming to international standards, gold-plated contacts, and operates with open-on-rise (limit) contact operation. The thermostat provides reliable switching capability up to 1 amp at 48 VDC or 120 VAC, with low-level switching capability down to 0.001 A at 5 VDC for up to 100,000 cycles. Operating temperature range spans 40°C to 130°C with a standard tolerance of ±5°C, and the device is sealed for wave soldering and board washing operations. The 66L110 is ideal for printed circuit board applications including computers, aircraft, automotive systems, and test equipment, where it can control indicator lights, audible alarms, or system shutdown functions.
