DESCRIPTION

67F050P is a subminiature bimetallic disc thermostat from the Airpax 6700 series, designed for accurate and reliable temperature sensing and switching in a TO-220 package. This device features a 50°C (±5°C) operating temperature with close-on-rise (fan) contact operation, a minimum differential of 4°C, and a minimum reset temperature of 30°C. It offers gold-plated contacts, up to 20,000 life cycles at 0.5A/48VDC and up to 100,000 life cycles at gold contact amperage (0.001A/5VDC), with contact resistance of 50 milliohms maximum. The thermostat conforms to the Y220/TC220 international package standard, enabling automated PC board placement and soldering. Common applications include thermal management on power supplies, computers, aircraft, automotive, medical devices, and test equipment where reliable temperature-triggered switching is required.
