DESCRIPTION

The 67F080P is a sub-miniature, positive snap-action bimetallic thermostat from the 6700 series, configured to close on a temperature rise (make contact). It has a pre-set nominal operating temperature of 80°C with a tolerance of ±5°C, a minimum differential of 6°C, and features a VDE-approved plastic mounting bracket for increased dielectric strength. This TO-220 packaged device is rated for up to 0.5A at 48 VDC and offers low-level switching down to 1mA at 5 VDC for 100,000 cycles with its gold-plated contacts. Designed for automatic placement on PC boards, it is ideal for thermal management in power supplies, computers, medical devices, and other applications requiring reliable temperature sensing and switching.
