DESCRIPTION
The AP17-1-72-103 is a fully sealed magnetic circuit protector from the Airpax AP/MIL series designed for DC circuit protection with a single pole, series configuration, and auxiliary switch. This protector combines power switching with accurate, reliable circuit protection featuring inverse time delays and trip-free operation. The unit is rated for 10 amperes at DC with a short time delay characteristic, providing DC series resistance of 0.016 ohms and delivering trip times ranging from 0.4 to 4 seconds at 125% rated current. The protector weighs approximately 1.8 ounces (49 grams) per pole and features an auxiliary switch rated at 3.0 amperes at 120 VAC or 50 VDC.
