DESCRIPTION

The PB-16M-V is a Data I/O mounting board designed to interface digital input and output modules with industrial control systems. It features 16 channels of signal input/output with 50-trace male card edge connectors at 0.1" centers, screw terminal barrier blocks for load connections, and resident 3.3 kO pull-up resistors on each channel. The board operates with 5, 15, or 24 volt logic supplies and includes field-replaceable 1 amp logic supply fuses and 16 replaceable 5 amp line fuses (LITTELFUSE #251005 or equivalent) for circuit protection. LED status indicators on each channel provide visual feedback of logic state, and all even-numbered logic connections are tied to logic ground. The PB-16M-V is commonly used in programmable logic controller (PLC) systems, industrial automation, and data acquisition applications where reliable signal distribution and protection are essential.
