The 1132-4006 is a telescopic, female-to-female SMPM adapter designed for high-frequency interconnect systems. It operates with a 50 Ohm impedance across a frequency range of DC to 40 GHz, featuring a low VSWR of 1.4:1 maximum and an insertion loss of 0.5 dB maximum. The adapter is constructed with gold-plated beryllium copper contacts and PTFE insulators for robust performance. Its telescopic design allows for .020 inches of axial compression, making it ideal for compensating for mechanical tolerance stack-up in blind-mate and board-to-board RF connections.
