DESCRIPTION

The 56590-502 is a high-performance thermoelectric module from the Ceramic Plate (CP) series, assembled with Bismuth Telluride semiconductor material and thermally conductive Aluminum Oxide ceramics. It delivers a maximum heat pumping capacity (Qmax) of 18.7 W and a maximum temperature differential (Delta Tmax) of 67°C when the hot side is at 25°C. Under these conditions, it operates with a maximum current of 3.9 A and a maximum voltage of 8.6 V. This reliable, solid-state module provides precise temperature control without sound or vibration, making it suitable for applications such as medical lasers, lab science instrumentation, and electronic enclosure cooling.
