DESCRIPTION

The 9350006-302 is a solid-state, multistage thermoelectric cooler from the MS Series, engineered to achieve colder temperatures than single-stage devices. It provides a maximum cooling capacity (Qcmax) of 38.0 Watts at a zero temperature differential and can achieve a maximum temperature differential (Î”Tmax) of 90.0 Â°C with no heat load. The device operates with a maximum current of 6.9 Amps and a maximum voltage of 14.8 Volts, with a module resistance of 2.14 Ohms. Designed for reliable DC operation up to a maximum temperature of 80Â°C, it is ideal for applications like thermoelectric cooling for CMOS sensors, heads-up displays, and imaging sensors.
