DESCRIPTION

The I7C4W012A050V-PF3-R is a 300W non-isolated buck-boost DC-DC converter from the i7C series, designed to operate from a wide 9V to 53V input. It delivers a regulated, adjustable output voltage from 5V to 28V at up to 12.5A. This full-featured model includes negative logic remote On/Off, an adjustable overcurrent limit (Itrim), and an integrated heatsink for enhanced thermal performance. With high efficiency up to 96% and a switching frequency of 250 kHz, it is well-suited for generating additional DC voltage rails in industrial, robotics, test, and communication systems.
