DESCRIPTION

164SL511 is a 16mm square illuminated pushbutton switch from the Command Series, featuring push on/push off maintained action with 1 N.O. & N.C. contact configuration. This instrument-grade switch utilizes snap-acting double break contacts with gold plate over silver clad construction, providing reliable operation for both logic level and power switching applications. It offers a contact rating of 0.4 VA at 20 VDC or Peak AC and 5 A at 250 VAC or 24 VDC resistive, with initial contact resistance of 20 milliohms maximum and insulation resistance of 100 megohms minimum. The switch operates within a temperature range of -20°C to +50°C and has a life expectancy of 100,000 operations at rated current. Ideal for control panels and instrumentation applications requiring visible status indication, it accepts T1-3/4 midget flanged base lamps and is relampable from the front of the panel.
