DESCRIPTION

FSM2JSMA is a surface mount tactile switch from the FSMJSMA Series, designed for compact electronic applications. It features a 6 x 6 mm square footprint with copper alloy silver-plated contacts and terminals, a PPS case and actuator button, and a steel tin-plated cover. The switch offers a contact rating of 50 mA @ 12 VDC, initial contact resistance of 100 milliohms max, insulation resistance of 100 megohms min @ 100 VDC, and dielectric strength of 500 VAC for 1 minute. With an operating temperature range of -4°F to +185°F (-20°C to +85°C) and life expectancy up to 100,000 cycles, this tactile switch is suitable for user interface applications in consumer electronics, industrial controls, and communication equipment.
