DESCRIPTION

The 6PCV-12-006 is a tri-barrier terminal block designed for printed circuit board applications with vertical pin orientation. It features a 0.375" (9.53 mm) pitch spacing and accommodates 12 circuits with #6-32 steel screws featuring zinc plating and clear chromate coating. The terminal block is rated for 25 Amps at 300V (UL Class C) and 5 Amps at 600V (UL Class D), with a wire range of 18-22 AWG. The housing is constructed from polyamide with UL94V-0 flammability rating and black color, while terminals are bright acid tin over copper alloy. Operating temperature range extends to 105°C maximum, and the recommended PCB hole diameter is 1.8 mm with a tightening torque of 5.5 in.-lbs. This terminal block is ideal for industrial control panels, power distribution systems, and equipment requiring reliable electrical connections with compact spacing.
