DESCRIPTION

The 352243RFT is an SMD power resistor from the TE Connectivity 3522 series, designed for automotive and high-frequency applications with AEC-Q200 qualification at Grade 4. It delivers 3 watts of power at 70°C ambient temperature with a maximum working voltage of 250V and maximum overload voltage of 500V, supporting a rated current of 2.5A and maximum overload current of 10A. The resistor features a compact form factor with dimensions of 6.35 mm × 3.20 mm × 1.10 mm, constructed with a high-purity alumina substrate and nickel-barrier termination with tin finish. Operating across a temperature range of -55°C to +155°C with moisture sensitivity level MSL1, it exhibits excellent stability with temperature coefficient of resistance ranging from ±100 to ±400 PPM/°C depending on resistance value. This device is ideal for automotive power management, high-frequency switching circuits, and other demanding applications requiring reliable, compact power dissipation in volume production.
