DESCRIPTION
The 3550100RFT is a surface-mount high-power thick-film resistor designed for high-reliability applications requiring robust thermal performance. It delivers 5W continuous power rating at 70°C ambient temperature with a resistance range of 1O to 10MO and tolerance options of ±1% or ±5%, operating reliably across -55°C to +155°C. The device features a maximum working voltage of 300V, maximum overload voltage of 600V, and dielectric withstanding voltage of 600V, with temperature coefficient of resistance =±200PPM/°C (10°C–100°C) or =±100PPM/°C (10.1O–10MO). Housed in a compact 4320 package with matte tin over nickel barrier termination and MSL1 moisture sensitivity level, it is suitable for automated placement in high-volume production.
