DESCRIPTION

FCA-125-15 is a high-reliability electromagnetic relay designed for demanding aerospace and military applications. It features a 28 VDC nominal coil voltage with 320 ohms ±10% coil resistance at 25°C, and offers a robust contact rating of 25 A at 28 VDC or 115 VAC 400 Hz resistive loads with 50,000 operations life. The relay operates across an extended temperature range of -70°C to +125°C and withstands severe environmental conditions including 30 g vibration (10 Hz to 3000 Hz) and 200 g shock (6 ms duration). With fast operate/release times of 10 ms maximum and minimal contact bounce (1 ms max), this relay is ideal for critical switching applications in avionics, defense systems, and other high-reliability environments requiring QPL qualification (M6106/19-015).
