DESCRIPTION

The 3EF1 is a compact single-stage EMI power inlet filter designed for electromagnetic interference suppression in power entry applications. It features an IEC 60320-1 C14 inlet with a two-element circuit that provides basic attenuation of conducted EMI across a wide frequency range. The filter is rated for 3A continuous current at 250 VAC, 50/60 Hz operation, with maximum leakage current of 0.21 mA at 120 VAC 60 Hz and 0.36 mA at 250 VAC 50 Hz. It is UL recognized, CSA certified, and VDE approved, with operating ambient temperature range of -10°C to +40°C. The 3EF1 is commonly used in industrial equipment, medical devices, and consumer electronics to meet EMI compliance requirements and protect sensitive circuits from power line disturbances.
