DESCRIPTION

The 3EGG8-2 is a power entry module with enhanced EMI filter and dual metric fuse holders designed for low-leakage applications. It features a two-element circuit that provides basic EMI attenuation, wire lead termination (18 AWG, 5.0 inches minimum length), and a rated current of 3A with maximum leakage current of 0.42 mA at 250 VAC 50 Hz. The module operates at 50/60 Hz with a maximum rated voltage of 250 VAC, hipot rating of 2250 VDC line-to-ground and 1450 VDC line-to-line, and requires 5 x 20 mm fuses. This compact design is ideal for industrial equipment, medical devices, and consumer electronics requiring reliable power entry with integrated EMI filtering and dual-fuse protection.
