DESCRIPTION

The 5EFM1 is a slim power entry module featuring a general-purpose filter circuit designed for minimal panel depth installation. It provides a single voltage selection position and includes an IEC 60320-1 C14 line inlet with integrated EMI filtering to attenuate common-mode and differential-mode noise across a wide frequency range. The module is rated for 250 VAC maximum, operates at 50/60 Hz, and accepts reversible fuses (either one 0.25 x 1.25" or two 5 x 20 mm fuses). With maximum leakage current of 0.25 mA at 250 VAC and hipot ratings of 2250 VDC line-to-ground and 1450 VDC line-to-line, the 5EFM1 is suitable for bringing digital equipment and switching power supplies into compliance with EMI standards. It is UL recognized, CSA certified, and VDE approved for use in industrial and commercial power distribution systems.
