DESCRIPTION

The 6EJT8F is a Corcom EJT Series flanged EMI power inlet filter designed for high-frequency applications requiring superior electromagnetic interference protection. It features an extended flange design around the IEC320-C14 inlet that reduces radiated radio frequency through potential gaps, providing a minimum of 10 dB greater attenuation compared to standard flange versions. The filter delivers exceptional EMI performance up to 1 GHz, far exceeding typical EMI filters designed for only 30 MHz, achieved through unique circuit design and internal construction techniques that attenuate frequencies above 30 MHz. The 6EJT8F variant includes 0.250-inch (6.3 mm) spade terminals for output connection and is rated for 6 A current. This filter is ideal for test equipment, medical diagnostics, and communication equipment where high-frequency noise suppression and reliable shielding are critical.
