DESCRIPTION

The 1060-16-1222 is a size 16 solid pin contact designed for use within DEUTSCH series connectors. It is rated for a maximum continuous current of 13 amps at 125°C and exhibits a low millivolt drop of 60 mV at a 13-amp test current, ensuring efficient power transmission. This contact is built for high durability, withstanding at least 100 cycles of engagement and disengagement without electrical or mechanical defects. Mechanically, it provides a minimum contact retention force of 25 lbs (111 N) within the connector housing and has a solid crimp tensile strength of 25 lbs. These characteristics make it a robust and reliable component for creating secure connections in demanding industrial and commercial transportation applications.
