DESCRIPTION

The DRC16-70SAE is a 70-position plug connector with size 16 contacts designed for sealed, high-density interconnections in industrial and commercial transportation systems. This connector features an inline configuration with environmental sealing (E designation) to maintain protection against moisture, dirt, salt, and road debris in harsh operating environments. The connector accommodates 70 size 16 contacts with a wire sealing range of 0.053–0.120 inches (1.35–3.05 mm) for extra thin seal (E-Seal) applications, supporting 14–20 AWG (2.0–0.5 mm²) wire gauges. With overall dimensions of 1.643 inches length × 1.421 inches height × 4.094 inches width (41.73 × 36.09 × 103.99 mm), it provides a compact yet robust solution for panel-mount and flange-mount applications.
