DESCRIPTION

The W4S-P012 is a green wedgelock accessory designed for the DEUTSCH DT 4-way enhanced seal retention connector system. It features hooks that hold the interface seal in place from the front and works in combination with the connector's groove design to provide robust attachment and seal retention. The wedgelock confirms contact alignment and retention during mating, and is compatible with connectors accepting contact size 16 (13 amps) rated for 14–20 AWG (2.50–0.50 mm²) wire. This accessory is field-proven in harsh environments with heavy vibration, dirt, chemicals, and water spray exposure. The wedgelock enables users to maintain reliable sealed connections in industrial and commercial transportation applications while reducing downtime through easy seal replacement without full connector replacement.
