DESCRIPTION
The 29-111-11 is a single-pole 120A power relay from TE Connectivity (KISSLING) designed for high-current switching in industrial and commercial transportation applications. It features a change-over NO/NC contact configuration with bottom mounting, rated for continuous 120A at 12/24/28/36/48 VDC resistive loads, and achieves 200,000 electrical cycles at rated voltage with 2,000,000 mechanical cycles. The relay incorporates a sealed housing conforming to IP67 and IP6K9K protection standards, with 6g shock (11 msec) and 4g vibration (50–2000 Hz) resistance, operating across -40°C to +85°C. The 24/28VDC coil operates at 80O resistance with 0.35A nominal current and 10W power consumption, featuring a maximum pickup voltage of 18VDC and dropout voltage =4VDC. With low contact voltage drop (150 mV initial, 175 mV after life test), silver alloy contacts, and optional magnetic blowout capability for voltages exceeding 40VDC, this relay is well-suited for truck, bus, construction vehicle, and forklift applications requiring robust switching performance in severe environmental conditions.
