DESCRIPTION

The ST24A25 is a single-phase solid-state relay designed for high-power AC control applications with a 240 Vac nominal line voltage and 25A output current rating. It features AC control with zero-cross turn-on technology, providing a tight zero-cross window of ±12 Vac for low EMI operation. The relay operates with a control voltage range of 90–240 Vac/Vdc and an input current range of 3–8 mA, with an on-state voltage drop of 1.2 V and a maximum surge current rating of 240 A (non-repetitive). The device incorporates optical isolation for 4000 Vrms input-output isolation and 2500 Vrms output-case isolation, along with a turn-on/turn-off time of 24.9 ms at 60 Hz. The ST24A25 is ideal for heating control, industrial process control, and on/off switching of AC equipment, offering industry-standard packaging, excellent thermal performance, and high immunity to surges.
