DESCRIPTION

The ST24D40-02 is a single-phase solid-state relay designed for high-power AC/DC control applications with a maximum output current of 40 A and a nominal line voltage of 240 Vac. The relay features zero-cross turn-on switching with a control input range of 4–30 Vdc, an input current range of 4–48 mA, and an input resistance of 600 Ohms typical. The output operates over a range of 12–280 Vrms with a peak voltage rating of 600 Vpeak, an on-state voltage drop of 1.4 V, and a maximum surge current rating of 350 A (non-repetitive). The device includes a control LED indicator and provides 4000 Vrms input-output isolation and 2500 Vrms output-case isolation, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to +100°C. This relay is ideal for heating control, industrial process control, and on/off switching of AC equipment in applications requiring reliable high-current switching with low EMI.
