DESCRIPTION

The AC575 is a high-performance cascadable amplifier designed for operation from 5 to 500 MHz. It provides a typical small signal gain of 21.0 dB with a low typical noise figure of 2.6 dB. The device delivers a typical power output of +10.0 dBm at 1 dB compression and features a third-order intercept point of +21 dBm. Operating from a +15 Vdc supply, it draws a typical current of 24.0 mA. This combination of high gain and low noise makes the AC575 suitable for various RF signal chain applications.
