DESCRIPTION

The 857-560 is a JUMPFLEX® voltage signal conditioner designed to measure AC and DC voltages and convert them to a standard analog signal output. It features two isolated measurement inputs, one for up to 30 V AC/DC and another for up to 300 V AC/DC. The device provides configurable analog voltage (e.g., 0-10V) and current (e.g., 4-20mA) outputs, alongside a digital output with a 100mA current capacity. It operates on a nominal 24 VDC supply and ensures safe operation with 3-way isolation tested at 3 kV. This conditioner is configurable via DIP switches or software and offers features like RMS measurement and a switchable filter, making it a versatile and reliable solution for industrial signal processing and monitoring applications.
