DESCRIPTION

The KTH-2007 is a crimp die designed for use with RS-123 (28A/36A) connectors, RS-MPF-N2OL cable assemblies, and related connector systems. This component is part of the 19-06 cable group and is manufactured by Kings Electronics (now Winchester Electronics). The die features dimensional specifications with tolerance requirements of ±0.010 for fractions and 2-place decimals, ±0.004 for 3-place decimals, and ±0°30' for angles. Surface finish specifications include a maximum surface roughness of 63 microinches RMS, with all burrs removed and sharp edges broken to 0.005 inches maximum. The KTH-2007 is used in connector assembly and termination operations for industrial and electronic applications requiring precision crimping.
