ZF Electronic SystemsHall Effect Sensor 20mA 9V/12V/15V/18V 4-Pin ...
DESCRIPTION
GS100101 is a Hall Effect gear tooth speed sensor designed for ferrous edge detection and near-zero speed sensing without power-up recognition. The sensor features a current sinking output that requires an external pull-up resistor, with an adjustable stainless steel housing and M12-1 Class 6g thread connector. It operates across a voltage range of 5–24 VDC with a maximum supply current of 6 mA, output saturation voltage of 400 mV, and output current capability of 20 mA, while maintaining immunity to rotational alignment and ESD protection up to 4 kV direct contact. The sensor is rated for operating temperatures from -40°C to +125°C and features fast output switching with rise and fall times of 5 µs. Common applications include CNC machine tools, transmission speed monitoring, and industrial feedback control systems where reliable speed detection is critical.
