DESCRIPTION
The LIN-21HAW1 is a thin, programmable non-contact magnetic linear position sensor with dual independent outputs designed for robust position monitoring. It operates using Hall Effect technology with a permanent magnet actuator, providing a linear change in voltage output (0.5 - 4.5 VDC) that is ratiometric to the 5.0 VDC ± 10% input voltage and corresponds to linear displacement of the magnet. The sensor features 12-bit resolution with ±2% full-scale accuracy and ±1% output linearity, a measuring range up to 45 mm, and an air gap of 4.5 mm, with dual independent outputs assuring high reliability and redundancy. It operates across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 140°C, is IP68 rated, and includes 20 AWG 305 mm discrete wire leads. The LIN-21HAW1 is ideal for hydraulic valves, pneumatic controls, electric drives, and other applications requiring non-contact position feedback without mechanical wear.
