DESCRIPTION

The QTD20.241 is a DC/DC converter designed to operate from the intermediate DC-bus of drive systems, converting a nominal 600Vdc input to a regulated 24Vdc output. It delivers a continuous output current of 20A at 24V (480W) and features a BonusPower capability, providing up to 600W for 4 seconds. The converter maintains a high efficiency of 95% at full load and offers an adjustable output voltage range from 24V to 28V. Key features include an extremely low inrush current, active filtering of input transients, reverse input polarity protection, and two included 600Vdc input fuses. Optimized for modern machines with frequency converters or servo amplifiers, this unit provides reliable power for controllers and other DC loads.
