The CMM-4030DB-26154-TR is a digital MEMS microphone featuring PDM (Pulse Density Modulation) output and omnidirectional sensitivity for versatile audio capture. It operates with a supply voltage range of 1.6 V to 3.6 V and delivers a typical sensitivity of -26 dB FS at 94 dB SPL and 1 kHz, with a signal-to-noise ratio of 64 dBA. The microphone supports clock frequencies from 1.0 MHz to 3.2 MHz and includes a low-power sleep mode with current consumption as low as 3 µA, making it suitable for battery-powered and always-on applications. Its compact 4.00 × 3.00 × 1.10 mm package with bottom acoustic port and reflow-solder compatibility enables integration into space-constrained consumer electronics, IoT devices, and portable audio systems.
