DESCRIPTION

The CEP-2250 is a piezo buzzer indicator designed for audible alert applications in electronic systems. It features a rated voltage of 12 Vdc with an operating voltage range of 3 to 28 Vdc, allowing flexible integration into various power supply configurations. The device operates at a rated frequency of 3.5 kHz (range 3.0 to 4.0 kHz) and produces a sound pressure level of 85 dB at 30 cm when operating at rated voltage, with a maximum current consumption of 6 mA. The buzzer is housed in an ABS UL94 1/16" HB high-heat black enclosure with dimensions of Ø28.0 × 25.4 mm and weighs 9.5 g, featuring wire leads with panel-mount tabs for secure installation. Operating across a temperature range of -30°C to +85°C, the CEP-2250 is ideal for alarm systems, notification devices, and industrial control applications requiring reliable audible feedback.
