DESCRIPTION

This product is part of the Lexium SD3 range, an offer of planetary gearboxes for stepper motors. This planetary gearbox has straight teeth, lubricated for life. The external diameter of gearbox is 80mm. It is a gearbox with a reduction ratio of 5 1, maximum axial force (Fa) of 1200N at 100RPM and continuous output torque of 110Nm at 100RPM at 30°C. It offers service life of about 30,000 hours at 100RPM at 30°C. It is an IP54 rated product. The housing is made of black anodized aluminum. It weighs 2.1kg. It is suitable for printing, paper, packaging, handling, labelling, textile industry, food and beverage applications. This gearbox is compatible with Lexium SD3, Lexium 32, Lexium 28, Lexium 62, Lexium 62 ILM, Lexium ILS, Lexium 32i, Lexium 52 motors and drives. It can be mounted in any position. The SD3 is a universally applicable stepper motor drive. The package is ready for operation within a very short period of time. Lexium SD3, three-phase range up to 19.7Nm with high accuracy and high torque at low rotation speeds.
