DESCRIPTION

The 770031 is a complete combo tester kit, including the tester, a stand, and a foot plate, used to verify the functionality of an operator's personal grounding equipment. It features a simple rocker switch to select between wrist strap or footwear tests, providing clear pass/fail results via colored LEDs and an audible alarm. The tester has factory-set limits of 750 kilohms to 10 megohms for wrist straps and 750 kilohms to 100 megohms for footwear, with a test accuracy of ±20%. Powered by an included 9V battery or an optional AC adapter, this unit is ideal for daily compliance verification at workstations. Each tester is calibrated to NIST traceable standards, ensuring reliable measurements for maintaining an effective ESD control program.
