DESCRIPTION

The 960 is a compact, self-contained mini air ionizer designed to neutralize static charges on non-conductive objects. It features proprietary circuitry that generates balanced ion levels, achieving a balance (offset voltage) of ±20V at a 12-inch distance. The unit effectively reduces a ±1000V static charge to ±100V in under 4 seconds at 1 foot, with a maximum airflow of 24 CFM. It requires a 24VAC power input via an RJ-11 socket, and up to four units can be daisy-chained from a single power supply. This compact ionizer is ideal for use in electronics assembly areas, such as within pick and place machines, to protect sensitive components from electrostatic discharge.
