DESCRIPTION

The 67L045 is a subminiature, snap-action bimetal disc thermostat designed for accurate temperature sensing and switching. As an 'L' type limit switch, it opens its contacts on a temperature rise at a nominal operating temperature of 45°C with a ±5°C tolerance. This device features a minimum temperature differential of 4°C and a minimum reset temperature of 20°C. It is rated for up to 0.5 amps at 48 VDC for 20,000 cycles, with a gold contact option for low-level switching down to 0.001A at 5 VDC for 100,000 cycles. Housed in a TO-220 package suitable for automated PCB assembly, the 67L045 is ideal for thermal management on crowded boards in power supplies, computers, and test equipment.
