DESCRIPTION
AP6-1-52-153 is a single-pole magnetic circuit protector manufactured by Airpax in accordance with MIL-PRF-39019, designed for DC circuit protection with short time delay characteristics. This fully sealed hydraulic magnetic protector combines power switching with accurate, reliable circuit protection and features an inverse time delay with trip-free operation. The unit is rated for 15 amperes at DC with a series trip configuration, providing stable trip current performance across a wide temperature range without the temperature sensitivity of thermal protectors. The protector exhibits a peak amplitude trip point of 6 times rated current at 60Hz equivalent, with trip time ranges from 0.4 to 4 seconds at 125% rated current and 0.06 to 0.6 seconds at 200% rated current.
