The ATR11-D-X-63-BB-1.0A is a single-pole, thermally operated thermal circuit protector designed for equipment overload protection with a snap-acting trip mechanism. This device features a 1.0A rated current with a maximum interrupting capacity of 1000A and operates at 240 Vac (50/60 Hz) or 32 Vdc, with a maximum ambient operating temperature of 60°C. The protector incorporates a bimetal strip that deflects when heated by an overload, releasing the latch mechanism and opening contacts with positive snap action; it is immune to high inrush currents and line transients. The unit has a resettable overload capacity of 8× rated current for ratings below 6A, an insulation resistance greater than 100 megohm, and dielectric strength of 1.5 kV for 1 minute per IEC 60934.
