DESCRIPTION

The C53GAB050A-035Y is a 5003 series bimetallic disc thermostat designed for reliable temperature sensing and switching in space-constrained applications. This RoHS-compliant device features a positive snap-action mechanism with a 1/2" disc button style and low-profile design, offering an overall depth of only 0.250 inches without projecting terminals. The thermostat operates with a top temperature setpoint of 50°F and a bottom temperature setpoint of 35°F, providing a 15°F differential for accurate temperature control. The bimetallic construction delivers fast thermal response due to low mass and excellent shock and vibration resistance, making it ideal for surface and air sensing applications where reliable repeatability is essential.
