The 1812Y5000474KXTWS2 is an AEC-Q200 qualified StackiCap™ multilayer ceramic capacitor designed for high-reliability applications. It provides a capacitance of 470nF with a ±10% tolerance, a DC voltage rating of 500V, and utilizes a stable X7R dielectric material. Housed in a 1812 surface-mount package, this component features a proprietary FlexiCap™ termination, which offers superior mechanical performance against board flex and thermal cycling. The X7R dielectric ensures a predictable capacitance change of ±15% over the operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.
